Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States via USPS and UPS, and internationally via DHL.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Since many of our pieces are made-to-order or small batch, please allow up to 7 business days for your jewelry to ship.
Custom engravings may take longer — see the product page for timing details.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info by email.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at checkout (yet!), but if you're on a time crunch, reach out at hello@vuebysek.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
Gifts & Packaging
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders come in our signature Vue by SEK packaging — ready to gift, no extra charge.
Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely. Just leave your note in the “notes” section at checkout and we’ll include it in the package.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
We want you to love your new jewels. If your piece isn't quite right, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund.
Note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I start a return?
Use the chatbox on our site or visit our Returns Page to begin the process. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
Because most of our pieces are limited or made-to-order, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.
Jewelry Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
Store in a dry place, away from sunlight and humidity
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions
Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear
Handle delicate chains with care
Keep away from abrasive surfaces or harsh chemicals

How do I know what size to get?
Most of our pieces are designed with flexibility in mind. You’ll find measurements and fit notes on each product page — and if you’re unsure, just reach out. We’re happy to help.
Our Jewelry
Where is your jewelry made?
The majority of our pieces are made in small batches in Rhode Island and Los Angeles. We also partner with a few artisan studios in Thailand and China for specialty techniques. We value transparency, and always design with intention and quality at the forefront.
Where do your stones come from?
Our stones are hand-sourced from gem shows in California and Tucson, with select additions from global suppliers. Each is chosen for its beauty, uniqueness, and durability.
Repairs & Special Requests
Can I get a piece repaired?
If something breaks or needs adjusting, email us with a photo and details — we’ll always do our best to help.
Do you offer customization?
We don’t do fully custom work, but we occasionally offer limited editions or personalization options. Looking for something specific, like a different stone combo or a group order? Message us with "Special Request" in the subject line.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes! Some pieces can be engraved — check the product page for details. Please note that engraved items may take a bit longer to ship.
Bridal & Events
Do you make bridal jewelry?
Yes! We’ve created earrings, tux sets, cufflinks, and gift sets for wedding parties. Use our chat box and message us with “Bridal” in the subject to start the conversation.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale?
We do! If you're a retailer interested in carrying Vue by SEK, email us at wholesale@vuebysek.com with “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line.
